Personal Bio: I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in dance. I then completed a dietetic internship in North Carolina, through East Carolina University and I am now a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I work in long term care and rehab, correctional facilities and in private practice as a dietitian. Within my first year of being a dietitian, I was promoted to a management role. I do not directly work in sales now but I will always attribute some of my career success to the skills I gained from working with Telescope Pictures. I also teach at a dance studio for children of all ages, which I absolutely love!
Scopes Bio: I worked with Telescope Pictures in the Summer of 2013, between my sophomore and junior year of college. My family vacationed in Ocean City, Maryland every year and my dream, for as long as I can remember, was to be one of the Scopers that took our family photos each summer. I will forever be grateful that I took the risk and moved to Ocean City, Maryland by myself to fulfill my childhood dream. I moved there on my own but left with amazing, lifelong friends, my boyfriend and an experience that I will never forget. I had fun, met countless amazing people on the beach and gained valuable communication skills, sales and work experience. I also got to travel to and work in Virginia Beach, VA and Panama City, FL during my time with Telescope pictures.
Summers Completed at Telescope Pictures: 1
Testimonial: My summer with Telescope pictures will forever be the best summer of my life. I thought I was just choosing to move to the beach for a summer job but it turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have ever made for my personal and professional life. If I could give one piece of advice to a future Scopes recruit, it would be to stick in out, even if it is tough and frustrating in the beginning. When I think back to my summer with Telescope Pictures, the amazing people and memories completely outweigh any of those tough days. The hard work is 100% worth it. I still visit Ocean City, Maryland every year (and get Scopes, of course) and plan to continue this forever.
