Corporate Recruiter at RxNT

Personal Bio: From Maryland, College Park Alumni, bachelor’s in public health, NASM-CPT, sun worshiper.

Company Bio: I am a Corporate Recruiter for RxNT, a Healthcare IT company located in Annapolis. I really enjoy engaging with people and I like to leave someone better than I found them whether that’s through personal training or recruiting. RxNT was created with the intent to revolutionize the way Providers wrote prescriptions for their patients and accessed patient data. Beginning with a cloud-based ePrescribing solution that is like no other, RxNT has grown to provide a full line of Healthcare IT products designed to improve a Provider’s workflow. With the addition of Electronic Health Records and Practice Management solutions, RxNT’s solutions are able to function as stand-alone solutions or fully-integrate for any size practice.

I also teach and train on the side for fun at Beachfitbaltimore and various of other places.

Testimonial: Growing up I spent most of my summers in OC, so scopes was a tradition. Scopes was something I always wanted to do but never thought I would. Flash forward to getting my scopes shorts, I welcomed some of the best summers yet, and future network opportunities. I anticipate most people will have a similar testimonial for Telescope Pictures because scoping requires your best foot forward everyday, but it’s still just as fun which is the perfect set-up for a lifetime experience with a lifetime scopes fam. I’m forever appreciative to the opportunities and memories Telescope Pictures facilitated.

Selling anything comes with a lot of rejection but scopes is unique because you’re working outside, on a beach, being active, with friends, selling fun memories so it was the perfect way for me to develop my networking and overall sales approach. Scopes has always been a great ice-breaker for interviews that turned into jobs. I ended up spending the next 3 summers in OC because it felt like home after scopes.

Summers completed at Telescope Pictures: 2

Advice to a future recruit: If you’re not having fun, you’re doing it wrong.
