Personal Bio: My name is Francesca Decosmo I grew up in southern PA and competitively danced for most of my life.  I finished my undergrad at The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications and a minor in business. Throughout college I worked at a dance studio and interned with various sales/marking companies.  I graduated in May of 2017 and moved to Baltimore, MD to pursue a career in Sales.  Currently still in Baltimore working for Staples Business Advantage (the corporate side of Staples) as a business to business sales consultant. I also managed to get my roommate/co-worker Shannon from my summer working for Telescope pictures a job working for Staples as well!

Scopes Bio: Summer of 2015 after my sophomore year of college I moved to OCMD alone, barely knowing anything about the ‘scopes’ job I agreed to.  Little did I know it would be the best summer of my life.  Not only did I meet lifelong friends that I still keep in touch with, got a killer tan, but also gained professional experience that few will ever have. The days were long no doubt, but my bosses, co-workers and customers made it so fun most days hardly felt like work. We worked hard (it showed in our paychecks),  and played even harder.   If your looking to make some unforgettable memories, friends and while boosting your resume, Telescope Pictures is the place for you. :)

Advice for a future recruit: Stick with it and GRIND! Every interview I’ve been on post scopes is amazed and extremely impressed with my time there.  It is unlike any other internship or summer job and will set you apart from other candidates. If you can go back for more than one summer that's even better.
